Ray Sidhom, President and Chief Executive Officer

Ray Sidhom is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of EVO Merchant Services. Ray began his distinguished career in the acquiring industry in 1988 and is an entrepreneur in the truest sense. Mr. Sidhom has grown EVO from a small ISO to a full service merchant services provider with over 125,000 merchants nationwide.

Jeff Rosenblatt, Chief Operating Officer

Jeff is the driving force behind EVOs success as a full service merchant services provider. He was a pioneer in the industry and introduced the hugely successful Regional Program in 2000. He has made it possible for smaller ISO’s to capitalize on their own success by utilizing EVO's technological muscle and state of the art customer management services. Jeff began his career in the bankcard industry with the Bank of New York in 1987 and joined Mr. Sidhom in 1988.

Peter Cohen, General Counsel

Peter joined EVO in June of 2001. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Cohen spent more than 15 years as an established corporate attorney and litigator at a large Manhattan law firm.

Jim Fink, Chief Marketing Officer

Jim has been with EVO since 2003. Jim is widely respected in the industry and has attracted the most talented sales agents in our business. His unmatched commitment to training, technology and top-notch service has enabled EVO to develop strong relationships with our agents. Prior to joining EVO, he spent 10 years as the Vice President of Business Development and Vendor Relations with Leasecomm Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Fink was a business analyst for Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.

Michael Rose, Chief Information Officer

Michael is the most recent addition to the EVO Executive Team, joining the company in 2007. Michael’s last position was as the CIO for TSYS Corp, Prepaid Division, where he was responsible for the implementation of global product releases, provided leadership to the technical teams and was an active member on the Executive Leadership Committee, providing strategic direction for all IT requirements. His final project was successfully relocating their NY office to the Atlanta area. He has also held IT Executive positions for various financial and banking institutions, including Lazard, Chase, ABN-AMRO, Erste Bank and Natixis. Michael has extensive experience and success in multiple areas of the financial industry.

Alon Kindler, Chief Financial Officer

Alon Kindler was named CFO of EVO Merchant Services in December 2006. Previously, Mr. Kindler served as Vice President of Finance for the company, responsible for financial planning and analysis, and treasury. In mid-2000, Alon joined Hallmark Entertainment, the world’s leading producer and distributor of made-for-TV movies. Prior to Hallmark Entertainment, he was a Chief Accountant for the NY Mets. Alon is a graduate of Pace University, is a Certified Public Account and a member of the AICPA.

Kevin Lambrix, Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development

Kevin joined the EVO team in early 2007. Kevin has spent 14 years in commercial banking where he developed a niche in lending to the ISO community. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, accounting and finance, risk, terminal leasing, and EVO's Merchant Funding program.

Will Pinder, National Sales Director

Will Pinder has been in the sales division of credit card processing since 1995. He is responsible for adding new merchants to the Evo family.
